Stefan Schoppmann receives the Sibylle Kalkhof‑Rose University Award

At this year’s DIES ACADEMICUS 2026, the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz honored outstanding early‑career researchers and artists with prizes totaling around 80,000 euros. Among the awardees was Dr. Stefan Schoppmann, particle physicist and Detector Innovation Fellow at the PRISMA++ detector laboratory and NuDoubt's spokesperson, who received the prestigious Sibylle Kalkhof‑Rose University Award. The Sibylle Kalkhof‑Rose Award is the highest‑endowed prize granted at JGU, and recognizes exceptional scientific achievements at an early career stage.
