Kyra Wins 2nd Place Poster Award at NuPhys 2026!

We are pleased to announce that Kyra Mossel was awarded second place in the poster competition at the international NuPhys 2026 - Prospects in Neutrino Physics conference. Her poster, titled “NuDoubt⁺⁺: A Hybrid Opaque Scintillation Detector for Double Beta Plus Decay Searches,” was recognized in the conference poster competition.

NuPhys 2026 brought together researchers from theory and experiment to discuss the synergy between current and future neutrino experiments, their latest results, and phenomenological implications. The conference was particularly timely, as many next-generation experiments are currently in the design phase, making it an ideal forum for exchanging ideas and presenting new concepts.
